Tracy J. Plouck, Director of the Ohio Department of Mental Health, spoke briefly to the 400-plus crowd at TVN’s Celebration Day. She had an extensive tour of TVN-Boys’ Village Campus and made it a point to talk with some of the youth, clinicians and administrative staff while on campus.

Director Plouck is just a little over nine months into her new position but pledged her department would share the direction of ODMH and address some long-requested changes.
