At The Village Network, one of Ohio’s leading private community services, residential treatment, and treatment foster care providers, our goal is to make a difference in the lives of children, teens, adults, and families through the highest quality of service possible.  By joining our organization, you can help us achieve our goal, and make a positive difference in the lives of our community’s youth, adults, and families.

We Are Passionate About Our Cause

Many who have joined us find working at The Village Network to be both rewarding and a challenge.  Our goal is to provide every employee, regardless of position, opportunities for personal and professional growth and a chance to build lasting relationships. Everyone behaves as the organization’s ambassador, helping to identify new friends and partnerships whenever possible.  We have an enthusiastic and energetic staff dedicated to making a difference in the lives of the young people, adults, and families we serve. Find out how you can be part of the team.

We are Committed to Our Staff

The Village Network is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and we value diversity, equity, and inclusion with a DEI mission to unite and work together regardless of our many differences, i.e., race, sexual orientation, religion, gender, age, culture. Together, we are educating each other, making positive changes, and forming alliances.

As a caring organization committed to our staff, we utilize the 6 R’s – Relational (safe), Relevant, Rewarding, Rhythmic, Repetition and Respectful – created by Dr. Bruce Perry as the core elements of positive relational, developmental, educational, and therapeutic experiences.  We utilize the 6 R’s not only for working with our clients but also for our interactions with each other as co-workers and caring adults.

We Value Safety

For the safety of the youth we serve and our staff, thorough background checks are completed on candidates for employment, as well as a physical that includes a TB test and drug screen. In addition, we are a Drug Free Workplace and conduct random drug screens on all employees.   We also provide extensive safety training to staff.

At The Village Network, no investment is too small to make a difference, as even a donation of $5 could provide a struggling child with a stuffed animal to hug or a book to read.
